DAY 1: WELCOME TO FLORENCE!
FULL DAY IN FLORENCE
Meet our team by our office where you will receive a welcome pack with free city maps and information about the city Check in then to one of our partner hostels and spend the day in complete freedom to explore the city, the markets and the monuments before you meet again our team and the other Italy on a Budget tours travellers in the late afternoon for an original and fun orientation walk of Florence to experience the city at night and the local traditions. We will end the tour in a local bar located in a busy area of Florence to try the best aperitivo in town with a cocktail and all you can eat buffet. You will then have the possibility to remain in the area to party with your new friends or return back to your hostel.
DAY 2: IT'S TUSCANY TIME!
DAY TOUR TO SIENA, SAN GIMIGNANO, MONTERIGGIONI & CHIANTI REGION WITH WINE TASTING INCLUDED
Meet our team in the morning for a day trip to the 3 most famous Medieval villages in Tuscany ; Siena, San Gimignano and Monteriggioni . First stop of the day we'll be the lovely Monteriggioni, the town of the Gladiator and Assassin's Creed, famous also for being the most preserved Medieval town in Tuscany. We will continue then to the historic city of Siena where you will be amazed by the architectural styles of the cathedral and the Piazza del Campo, the venue of the famous Palio horse race held twice a year in July and August. Our third stop will be San Gimignano, a UNESCO World Heritage site also renowned as the " Manhattan of Tuscany " and for being the house of the world champion gelato maker. From here we will continue towards the Chianti region with its charming scenic views, vineyards, cypresses, rolling hills, Tuscan villas and we will reach an authentical Tuscan farm surrounded vines and olive groves for wine and extra virgin olive oil tasting. Free time in the evening
DAY 3: PISA & CINQUE TERRE
DAY TOUR TO PISA AND CINQUE TERRE
An early wake up for an exciting full day at the Cinque Terre, the most characteristic villages of Italy famous for their natural beauty, scenic trails, spectacular coast line and sunny beaches. The first stop of the day will be in Pisa for you to admire the famous Leaning tower of Pisa, Baptistry and Duomo. We will continue then towards the Cinque terre stopping in Manarola, Vernazza and Riomaggiore. Don't forget to bring your swimsuit ! A light lunch will be provided during the day. We'll be back to Florence at 8:30pm. Free Evening
DAY 4: TIME TO SAY GOODBYE
FULL DAY IN FLORENCE OR READY TO LEAVE TO YOUR NEXT ADVENTURE?
On the forth day, unfortunately you will have to leave your room by 10am. However, feel free to store your bags in the luggage room of the hostel or in our office and finish checking out the last monuments of Florence or join one of our city tours to find out more about the city. On the last day we leave our travellers completely free to do what ever they want... Florence is amazing so feel free to check out the last spots on your last day before you leave towards your next destination.
If you wish to extend your stay and spend an extra night in Florence, make sure you add it to your booking and we will organise it for you.

DAY 1 : FULL DAY IN FLORENCE
Check in then to one of our partner hostels and spend the day in complete freedom to explore the city, the markets and the monuments of the city.
Meet again our team in the afternoon for an original and fun way to experience the city at night and the local traditions with an otientation walk through the city center where you will fall in love with the art, the architecture and the masterpieces left by the many greatest Renaissance artists for you to admire. We will end the tour in one of the busiest streets of Florence reknowed for the many bars where to hang out at night. Here we will stop at the bar rated by the locals as the best aperitivo place in town. Thanks to the great atmosphere you will try the Italian life style; seat down, socialize with the rest of the group, enjoy your drink and then eat and eat as much as you would like from the buffet of tasty Italian food. You can stay there until the nightlife kicks or return back for an early sleep.
Note: We recommend you to arrive in the morning to have a full day to visit the city. Check in time starts usually at 2:00pm but if you arrive earlier feel free to leave your bags in our office or in your hostel/hotel. The first day we leave the travellers free to arrive to Florence whenever it is best for them and completely free to visit the museums and monuments in full relax.
DAY 2 : TUSCANY! DAY TRIP TO SIENA - SAN GIMIGNANO - MONTERIGGIONI - CHIANTI REGION
The tour departs from Florence at 9:00am on a 8 seat van. During the day we'll visit the historic city of SIENA where you will be enchanted by the architectural styles of the cathedral and the old palace in Piazza del Campo, the venue of the famous Palio horse race held twice a year in July and August. After an orientation walk with your guide you will be left free to explore the town, sit in one of the many cafe to relax or discover the hidden streets of this magical town. The walled town of MONTERIGGIONI will be one of our stops on the way to Siena just to give our passengers the possibility to be part of where the Gladiator was filmed and visit THE most preserved Medieval town in Tuscany. We will then continue towards SAN GIMIGNANO, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the most famous walled medieval hill town in Tuscany also reknown as the " Manatthan of Tuscany " due to the many towers. On the way to the village our guide will give you maps and tips about the best places to visit and you will have free time to wander through the narrow and characteristic streets and check out the local shops selling the Tuscan delicacies. Don't forget that San Gimignano is also the place where the word champion gelato maker is based... so make sure to have some cash with you to spoil yourself. We'll also ride throughout the CHIANTI region with its charming scenic views and we will reach an authentical Tuscan WINERY surrounded by rolling hills, vines and olive groves for wine and olive oil tasting. Don’t forget to bring your camera…..the scenery from here is stunning!
DAY 3: DAY TRIP TO PISA AND CINQUE TERRE
The meeting point is in Santa Maria Novella train station in front of the pharmacy at 7:00am. Here you will meet up with our guide who is going to take really good care of you for the day. First stop is PISA, home of the must- visit Leaning Tower of Pisa, the Baptistry, Campo Santo and Duomo di Pisa (Pisa Cathedral). Here you will be free to walk around the square and enjoy taking as many funny pictures as your imagination can of the leaning tower. After Pisa we are heading to La Spezia train station where we will take the local trains that services the CINQUE TERRE, The Five Lands"; Riomaggiore, Manarola, Vernazza, Corniglia and Monterosso famous for their natural beauty, scenic trails, spectacular coast line and sunny beaches. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes because there is nothing best than exploring them on foot.Our first stop will be in RIOMAGGIORE, the first village where after an orientation walk we will stop for a LIGHT LUNCH based on local products and wine on the “Via dell'Amore” , a romantic and evocative promenade hewn from the rocks falling sheer into the sea. After lunch we will continue to the next village filled with boats called MANAROLA for amazing photos. Our last village will be VERNAZZA where you will be free to relax on the beach, sunbathe or take a swim before returning back to Florence. We will arrive back to Pisa at 7:00pm or to Florence at 8:00pm approx.
DAY 4: THE SAD GOODBYE

If you arrive at the Florence airport:
- easiest way is to catch a cab but it costs from €25.00
- the cheapest is to catch the Vola in Bus that is the shuttle service from the airport to the main train station in Florence S.M.N. The bus takes 15/20 min depending on the traffic and costs €6.00 per person, and leaves every 30 min, here below the link if you need to check the time table here
If you arrive in Pisa Airport:
- terravision bus, it is a shuttle service from Florence to Pisa which costs €4.99 and takes approximately 70 min. http://www.terravision.eu/#
- train You can get to Pisa Central Station from Galilei Airport by PisaMover Bus Service that has a timetable departure of every 10 minutes and operates every day from 6.00 a.m. to 24.00. p.m., including Sunday and Bank holidays. It has a journey time of just 8 minutes.
Pisa Mover Bus service stop is just in front of the Departure Terminal Check-in A.
At Pisa Central Station, the stop is located close to platform 14, from which you can easily reach the other platforms and station’s main entrance.
Pisa Airport and Firenze SMN railway station are connected by several trains a day. The service is operating with both regional trains that perform some intermediate stops (including Pontedera and Empoli) taking about 1 hour, and with fast trains that directly connect Pisa Airport with Florence Santa Maria Novella Railway Station in just 50 minutes.
Ticket price for a journey from Pisa Airport to Florence Central Station is 9,30€ and it includes the train ticket from Pisa Central Station to Florence Central Station (8,00€)* and the PisaMover bus price from Galilei Airport to Pisa Central Station (1,30€) (*).
