Multi-Destination Italy Tour Itinerary

Day 1Naples to Sorrento - Visit of Pompeii

Meet your guide in Naples and start your adventure toward the South of Italy. After a short drive we will reach our first stop Pompeii. Have an optional lunch with a mouth-watering Caprese salad and lemon granita before you enter the site where you will have two hours of free time to explore the ruins at your own pace or with a local tour guide. In the afternoon continue the trip along the coast with amazing views of the Gulf of Naples towards Sorrento.

Check in to your accommodation, rest some time, and meet back with your guide to head down to Sorrento for an orientation walk through the hidden and narrow streets of the old center crowed of ceramic, linen clothes, shoes, leather bags, sandals, and limoncello shops. Don’t miss the opportunity to watch an incredible sunset from a beautiful terrace and to follow your guide’s tips for a mouth-watering dinner.

Day 2Boat Tour to Capri Island

Start the day with a boat trip to Capri island. In Capri you will have time to first tour around the island to admire the Grotta Verde (Green Grotto), Punta Carena, (the furthest point of the island), the Faraglioni rocks and all the amazing natural beauties, and once landed to discover the island in complete freedom by public bus; visit Anacapri, where you can take the chairlift up to the top of Mt. Solaro for a breathtaking 360-degree view of the island, visit the Blue Grotto with fantastic crystal blue colors, explore Capri town and finally relax on the beach. Once back to the accommodation you will be taken for a swim in a spectacular natural pool of emerald water set among the ancient Roman ruins with coastal views at the sunset. Spend the evening as you prefer.

Day 3Day Tour to Amalfi Coast - Amalfi and Positano

Our third day is all for the Amalfi coast and its wonders. The panorama from the narrow and windy road of the Amalfi coast will be terrific. During the journey to Amalfi, we will pass by the Islands of Galli, the fishing villages of Furore and Praiano, famous for their crystal-clear seas, the encompassing views and its cathedral located 365m above sea level.

We will stop in the town of Amalfi for about 2h to allow you to discover the town and its famous cathedral at your own pace, lie down at the beach and have a bite at one of the typical shops selling fresh local food. We will board again after lunch for the splendid town of Positano with its cascade of colorful houses, narrow streets with boutiques, cafes, restaurants and bars. In Positano we will stay 3h to allow you to relax on the beach, go for a swim and discover this little gem of the Amalfi coast.

On our last night together if you are up for some party, we have plenty of local bars in town to go to for drinks, dancing and for the brave ones even karaoke.

Day 4Naples - Florence

Our private bus will come to pick us up from the accommodation in the morning. We will stop in Naples, this vibrant seaside city that is unique, and renowned for its amazing food, incredible history, and glamorous shopping.

Your tour leader will take you for an orientation walk and will show you the main places of interest including the San Carlo theatre, Plebiscite square, Umberto I ‘s gallery, the old city centre, the Spanish quarters home of Maradona football players,s and lots more. And for the perfect conclusion of this first part, we will end in style with a famous Neapolitan pizza with buffalo mozzarella.

Continue your adventure heading North, jump on the bullet train we booked for you, and finally reach Florence…

Direct yourself towards the accommodation. check-in and meet back your guide in the late afternoon for an orientation walk through the city center where you will fall in love with the art, the local traditions, and the architecture. We will end the tour in one of the busiest streets of Florence renowned for the many bars where to hang out at night. Here we will stop at the bar rated by the locals as the best aperitivo place in town.

Day 5Day Tour to Tuscany

Today you’ll take a private vehicle to the gorgeous Tuscan hills, a full-day trip from Florence to discover Tuscany, the beautiful countryside, and taste famous Chianti wine. We will depart at 8:45 am and we will tour around Chianti stopping in Monteriggioni, the Medieval Assassin’s creed Castel, Siena, with its UNESCO-listed historic center & San Gimignano with its majestic towers; wine, good food, and the warm Italian welcome will definitely not miss. After scenic drivers, We will be back in Florence at 6:30 pm. Free evening.

Day 6Pisa & Best of Cinque Terre

Be ready this is a long day! Meet up with our guide early in the morning to catch the local train to Pisa, home of the must- visit Leaning Tower of Pisa, the Baptistery, Campo Santo and Duomo di Pisa (Pisa Cathedral). Here you will be free to walk around the square and enjoy taking as many funny pictures as your imagination can of the leaning tower. After Pisa we will continue towards the Cinque Terre, famous for their natural beauty, scenic trails, spectacular coast line and sunny beaches. Our first stop will be in Riomaggiore, where after an orientation walk we will stop for an optional light lunch based on local products. After lunch we will continue to the next village filled with boats called Manarola for amazing photos. Our last village will be Vernazza where you will be free to relax on the beach, sunbathe or take a swim before returning back to Florence at 8:00pm. Free evening

Day 7Bye Bye

Check out in the morning…… Or head towards Venice and join our Venice city break!

Note: Check out time is usually at 10:00am but feel free to leave your bags in our office or in your hostel/hotel. The last day we leave the travellers free to leave Florence whenever it is best for them and completely free to visit the museums and monuments in full relaxation.

Naples train station (Napoli Centrale / Napoli Garibaldi) at 11:30 am. If you depart from Florence or Rome our team can help you organize the transport.
