Monday    DAY 1 :   ARRIVAL TO ROME 

Welcome to Italy! 

Make your way to the accommodation we booked for you following the instructions given and take your time to realise you have finally arrived in Rome! 

Check in one of our partner hostels in Rome and take the free evening to start getting to know the Eternal city. Only when the scents of the city have made you hungry, make sure to have a look to the list of restaurants we have selected for you and dive into the must-tries of the city! Your palate will thank you!

DAY 2 :    TREVI FOUNTAIN, SPANISH STEPS & ANCIENT ROME 

Wake up early and bright for some more extra free time in Rome or take the optional tour of the Vatican Museums and the Sistine Chapel, jumping the lines! No stress to reach the area: upon meeting, your guide will lead you into the museums to admire the Gallery of Tapestries, the Geographical Maps and the beautiful Raphael’s rooms before arriving at the famous Sistine Chapel and inside the unforgettable Basilica! 

Your day is not over yet! Get ready for an afternoon full of history and curiosities with an expert, English-speaking guide on hand you'll hear the stories and anecdotes that bring these incredible sights of Rome to life. In 2.5 hours you’ll walk Rome’s compact historic center, visiting its most iconic sights and some of the lesser-known corners with stories of their own to tell.

DAY 3 :    FREE MORNING IN ROME - COLOSSEUM - FLORENCE

You will have the morning to explore Rome in complete freedom, do some souvenir shopping or simply relax, don’t forget you have the entrance booked at the Colosseum! You can’t leave Rome without visiting its world renowned icon.

After a quick bite, in the early afternoon, you will catch a fast-speed train to Florence. At arrival, head to your accommodation or stop by our office in Florence to meet our team. Here you will receive free city maps, information about the city and the extra tours you can book. Our team will also be at your disposal to help you with museum reservations.  

Follow the itinerary we have created for you and end your self guided tour in Santa Croce area, one of the busiest streets of Florence renowned for the many bars where to hang out at night.  Here stop at the top rated bar by the locals for the best aperitivo place in town where we booked you in and try the Italian lifestyle.

DAY 4 :   PISA AND CINQUE TERRE by train  - FLORENCE

An early start as the day will be dedicated to the visit of the famous Cinque Terre, the most characteristic villages of the Liguria region, famous for their natural beauty, scenic trails, spectacular coastline, sunny beaches and the pesto. Follow the itinerary we have created for you and stop first in Pisa to visit the famous Leaning Tower then continue toward the unique Cinque Terre. 

At the end of this full day, after being able to navigate around the region hopping on and off trains, thanks to our local insights, you can tell your friends you’re 90% Italian. The remaining 10% you will complete only when you speak while shaking your hands. 

DAY 5 :   FULL FREE DAY IN FLORENCE

Today you’ll get the whole morning to wander in Florence, check out the museums and famous monuments or stroll through the local leather markets in complete freedom. This is the last leg of your trip so we got your back! Use your 24H City Sightseeing ticket to move around and to enjoy, from a privileged point of view, the Medieval and Renaissance views of the historic center.

If you don't want to spend the whole morning in the city, get out of the crowds and the traffic for a relaxing and fun day tour in Tuscany for some Chianti wine tasting in 2 cellars and the visit of the Medieval town of San Gimignano, famous for the world's best gelato. You’ll be right back to Florence on time to enjoy the sunset from the best locations the city has to offer!

DAY 6:  ARRIVAL TO VENICE

Ciao ciao Florence, Venice here we come! Catch the fast speed train from Florence train station and in only 2h we will reach Venice Mestre. After checking in to our accommodation, head down to town for an orientation walk to get around the city of the many canals, the gondolas and amazing churches. We will make our way through the labyrinth of the Venetian streets or Calli, we will explore the most famous sights of the city, including the Rialto Bridge, the golden St. Mark Basilica, the Palazzo Ducale. Once we reach the famous St Mark’s square you will have the opportunity to cross the canals on board a real gondola. Venice has never been so magical.

Enjoy your free evening hopping from bar to bar and trying the best specialities at the “bacaro”, like tapas bars to end the day sipping the world famous local Bellini cocktail.

Sunday DAY 7:  BYE BYE VENICE. 

It’s time to say our goodbyes (sigh!) but don’t worry you’ll still have a day to explore Venice even deeper or to continue traveling towards your next destination. We’ll gladly help you out organizing further plans on your journey, other activities in Venice such as an island hopping tour or getting train tickets back to Rome if you need them. Just make sure you inform us in advance about your travel plans in order to help you as much as possible. 

	PAYMENT OPTIONS: Pay a € 100 deposit only at the time of the booking and the remaining balance in full 45 days prior the tour. See Terms & Conditions for more details  - Add a Trip cancellation insurance to your booking to have the freedom to cancel your trip for literally anyreason from 8h up to 14 days prior the trip and be reimbursed for a 75% of the non-refundable trip costs.
	ADD EXTRA NIGHTS: It's possible to add extra nights prior the trip and after. Simply get in touch with our team after your booking
	FREE TIME: Spend your free time to explore the sights in complete freedom or choose to book our optional day tours in the different cities to add value to your experience.
	UPGRADE: Upgrade your tour package for the best and full experience with more extras included. You can select the upgrade option before finalizing the tour booking in the add on section.
	INFO: The primary means of transportation for this trip is by train. Trains are the fastest way to cross long distances, allowing you to avoid traffic jams and arrive right into the city center. - Be prepared to walk a lot as we believe that there is no better way to explore a new city than on foot.  - All final details will be sent by email  - You can arrive in Rome whenever it is best for you. Check-in time is from 3:00 pm but if you arrive earlier feel free to store your bags in the accommodation. Tour will officially start in the late afternoon.
