Meet our team in the morning in Rome and travel in comfort of a high speed train to Naples in only a 1h long journey. We will meet our local driver once at destination who will board us in a air conditioning minivan towards a breath taking journey along the coastal roads.

First stop will be Positano where you will have free time to wander around the village independently. Known as the ‘Jewel of the Amalfi Coast,’ this quintessential Italian Mediterranean village sits against the mountainside, boasting a spectacular location on the rocky shoreline. Perhaps take a walk along narrow lanes lined with shops, relax on the pebble beach, go swimming or enjoy a bite to eat or drink at a café.

Return to the minivan to continue your day trip to your second village, Amalfi, home to charming architecture and historical sights like Amalfi Cathedral, a 9th-century church in the main square. You have more free time here to explore on your own.

Then make the drive back to Naples or Salerno for the return train ride to Rome, where your day trip ends.
