Learn how to make a classic Italian pizza in our one-hour and half workshop with a local Italian chef as your guide. After learning and baking with all ingredients and equipment provided, enjoy your homemade pizza with a good glass of wine. Lunch or Dinner in the heart of Rome.

  • Meeting place: The lesson and lunch or dinner will take place in a restaurant located in the heart of Rome, a few steps from Piazza Navona on Piazza di Pasquino, 1.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

  • Single station for each participant, including the work plan, apron and a rolling pin,
  • Theoretical and practical lesson on the dough working, from the ingredients to the time to rise and the two different ways of kneading the dough: thin like in Roman style or in Neapolitan one.
  • You can choose which type of pizza you’d like to learn: Marinara (tomato, garlic, oregano), Margherita (tomato, mozzarella, basil), Diavola (tomato, mozzarella, spicy salami, chilli), Napoli(tomato, mozzarella, anchovies)

Make your way to the restaurant, located in central Rome and meet your group of aspiring pizza chefs and your local guide. You will spend one-hour and a half learning how to make pizza from fresh ingredients. You can choose which style you would like to learn. After preparing and baking your pizza, sit down and taste the fruits of your labour with a good drink. Then walk off the calories with a stroll around central Rome.
